Refund and Return Policy
Overview
Our goal is always to make sure our customers are satisfied. If you’re not totally satisfied with your product(s) then we offer a 14-day refund on all non-personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on personalized items so please take care when entering your personalized messages.
To be eligible for a return for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damages and Issues
We take great care to double-check all items before they’re sent out and to package all orders safely, however, unfortunately, accidents can happen in transit! If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(within 48 hours) if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do offer exceptions in rare or extreme circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital Downloadable Items.
- Broken/Damaged Items
- Custom Orders
- Items over $100.00
Cancellation
You can only cancel your order if your item(s) have not been shipped. Once they have been shipped it can only be returned for a refund.
We do not allow cancellations on any custom orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for refunds to be available in your bank account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tathamcreative.com
